Natalie is a strategic Talent Acquisition leader with 15+ years of supporting Fortune 500-1000, in building and amplifying their recruiting engines, designing talent strategies, and hiring at scale. She spent her first 6 years of recruiting with Premier Talent Partners, then took the leap into corporate recruiting. For the next 6 years, Natalie held Head of Talent roles with Sungevity, a late-stage startup, HomeSuite, a Series B startup, and Insperity Fortune 1000 professional services firm. Recently, as a boomerang employee with Premier Talent Partners, she was Vice President, leading Talent Operations and Revenue Growth initiatives. Natalie founded Talent Refinery with the mission of providing TA professionals with on-demand opportunities to provide their skills and talents on a fractional and advisory basis.
